So if you were judging "veteran bitch" today which one would win? ... Or would their 11 year old mother simply out do them for you?
I'll start at the top - Jezi has the better head shape, ear set and eye colour, but for me that is as far as it goes ... Though Ziva is shorter in length of foreleg she has the better front angle, the better topline and hind angle. They both have super strong movement but Ziva has by far the better forward reach ... maybe the better reach of all the bitches here. Both bitches have huge coats but Ziva's frills are longer making her look a tad deep maybe? She is deeper than Jezi but a lot of that is coat and she stands at a very correct 58.5cms at the wither. (All my other girls are pushing or over top height .. shhh .. I'm not saying who's over!) Ziva for me has the better character, colour and conformation ... and also the better hip score, that is why Ziva had a litter and Jezi did not. Jezi's conformation is quite acceptable, there is a lot to like about her, but rightly or wrongly her colour has never done her any favours. Of course if you were judging you may see it very differently!
