George Michael - Last Christmas (Live at Wembley Arena, 17th December 2006)
I wasn't at this concert, I was lucky to see him on this tour twice at MEN, but I heard this live as a lovely friend rang me and let me listen in. It was the only time on the tour that it was played.

George Michael - White Light (Official Video)
Nine years since my brain surgery, which was almost a week since my SAH. I remember the hustle and bustle around me and the urgency at the amazing Walton centre, they couldn't believe that YG had left me for almost a week without this emergency, life-saving procedure. Well I should have known better than to have a brain haemorrhage on a bank holiday 😁... yeah I laugh about it now and celebrate the day that there was no white light!
Just to keep things in prospective I'll never forget the words spoken to me on the morning of 4/9/15 - "30% of people die at the first bleed, of those who survive and are not treated, 50% will die within a month. Between day 4 and 7 you are at serious risk of another bleed with disastrous consistences. 95% of people survive the operation, the others 5% do not, Now what do you want to do?"

This song was the seventh and final single to be released from the album "Faith". Aside from George Michael's vocals, the song employs piano, guitar, bass, drums and a brass section. The song was written about George Michael's insecurities in a love relationship. George said about this song "It's about a relationship I had with someone who couldn't handle the situation because of who I was"

The next day, Michael called and secretly transferred the entire amount to her name.

George
"A new documentary about the life and career of George Michael will get a special theatrical release on June 22. George Michael: Freedom Uncut is described as Michael's “final work” in a release, and the late musician is credited as a co-director on the film along with David Austin."
Actually, it's an uncut version of the "Freedom" documentary which first aired in 2017. It was nice to see it being discussed on ITV News last night, Shirley Kemp had me in tears! It doesn't take much right now, just when I think I'm all cried out ... it happens again.

Picking Up Archie
I'm not good when I don't get any sleep and this afternoon I was not up to the drive to the vets to get Archie. Steve wanted to go in the car, I much prefer my van but there you go. Little Miss S travelled on the back seat with me, if I said it once I said it a dozen times .. I'm not doing this again. She was an absolute pain in the bum. Fidgety, and to quotes someone who was aiming their remarks at Ross she was loud and annoying! So from now on it's either the van or he has to put a crate in the back of the car.
Archie is fine, he's as happy to be home as we are to have him back. Here's hoping he doesn't have to make another trip for years to come. I initially shut him in the kitchen when I got home, but I forgot that Jezi can open the door when she wants to and she let him out. I went to see where he was and he was pottering in the garden, he was happy and affectionate so I left him to it. Of course he's eaten!
