Loki looking fantastic. No photoshopping to remove a handler. I stood him, told him to wait, walked away and Bethan got the shot. He's made an unbelievable and amazing recovery. After his second collapse in September, we came so close to letting him go. It took three of us to carry him home from the field on a blanket. But what ever happened that day was short-lived and with the help of steroids he has recovered far beyond our expectations. He used to love his show days, taking him to training and giving him a go in the ring is me trying to give him back some of that normality that he loved so much. The poser, the showman is obviously still very much there.

Ed Sheeran – Bad Habits (feat. Bring Me The Horizon)

Ed along with James Blunt are my current favourite living artists. I have to confess I'd never heard of the group "Bring Me The Horizon" until they performed with Ed on the Brits. This performance caused great controversy but I'm always happy to try or listen to anything new and different - for instance, after Disturbed did their cover of "The Sound Of Silence" I listened to quite a few of their tracks. Anyway Ed is my kind of musician, but I just can't stop watching this, I love it. It's amazing, unexpectedly amazing ... and yeah I love "Oli's" performance too. Amazing, unusual, and they've put on quite the show!
