So Joe believes in getting them wound up, happy and bouncing before going around the ring .. and I'm there thinking .. "she's already nuts" ... still she had a great time and he was the one who had to work to cool her down at the end!
I think yesterday was hugely beneficial to Beti - let's hope we can do it again!
