Well that went well. A more relaxed Luna was excellent today, and following yesterdays slip mating we had a mating with a tie. Alison who does AI locally came up to assist and do AI should we need to, I'm glad to say we didn't, but she did give me some tips which are well worth a try in future.
Luna's mother is full sister to Kaiah's father, and I could certainly see a resemblance, including the early greying on the muzzle! Luna had travelled a long way to come to Orin, from Windsor, so I'm so glad they had booked to stay the night and that things went so well today. I now have to cross everything and wish Luna, Zoe and their owners all the best.
