I've just received conformation that Luther can go in and out through the cat flap. With the rain falling heavily Luther decided he would use the litter tray. I'm sorry young man the litter tray is for emergencies only and bad weather is not an emergency. I quickly grabbed him, evicted him through the window closing the window behind him. Within 5 mins he was at my feet in the kitchen and only one available entrance - The cat flap. I'm pleased, now I can sleep without worrying about where he is, though I do wish at his age that he did stay in overnight like Perry did. Mind you Perry just couldn't figure it out could he .. bless him!
