Animal exhibit regulations still up in the air!

Today's announcement from the Kennel Club - The Kennel Club and Welsh Kennel Club met with the Welsh Government’s Chief Veterinary Officer and officials on October 10th. The Welsh Government confirmed that the draft Regulations and Guidance concerning the licensing of animal exhibits is out for consultation and all options remain on the table.
 Activities considered in scope and out of scope will be determined on analysis of the consultation responses received. The Welsh Government officials did express to us their desire for the licensing scheme to be proportionate and fit for purpose and want to hear personal experiences, views and evidence from dog show exhibitors in response to the consultation.
