Luna had not been very well recently and became really lethargic and not eating over a few days. She could barely walk yesterday morning with no energy, albeit she’s ate later in the day. The vets did blood tests and results showed a high white blood count so signs of an infection and low red so she was anaemic. She was admitted to hospital last night for further tests and we’ve since had the devastating news she’s got masses in her spleen and liver that are sarcomas, the fluid in her stomach was blood. They wouldn’t be able to stop the bleeding so there was no choice but to let Luna go. Luna went home to be PTS, she was calm and it was peaceful, surrounded by her favourite people. She really was loved and will be missed more than words can say by her family. Lisa says "My heart is broken x"
