Turquoise was the beginning of me finding all these walks, I simply went to find the donkeys. We could hear them from home and I had to go and find them
Going up the path from the van, the donkey's are on the left as we go up the hill. (So on the right of this pic as we look back.)
On the way back down, the main road, Fron to Carmel road is on the left of this photo, the other side of this slate mound.
Thee next walk I discovered was the dark Pink, but after going down to the stream and finding "Gerlan" I couldn't find my way out without going back. I have been told that the lama people have closed the footpath! Hmmm
The light pink walk I did last week with Ross and Beti, and the purple we did yesterday for the first time. You can see how I've wondered from one route to the other and found circuits that include parts of different walks.

These two are on red/dark pink.
I'm so glad I've found all these walks, and the ones in Penygroes/Talysarn. I hardly see anyone walking them and I think they will be of huge benefit to me on the windy Winter days.
