Yes "The Shinning" one of my favourite films!I'm battered, bruised and shattered. Honestly I didn't expect to be this sore, my groin is just black and blue, but hell a small price to pay for long term security. Apparently I'm 99.9% safe now, though I need to not over do it for 6 months I can return to a sensible "normal" after 2 weeks or so.
The pic is a lovely memory from last year ....
