The hardest part of the loving is the letting go. We are both devastated to lose our lovely Nico today. Hardly a days ill health till Monday night and still running around the field on Tuesday. We had made the decision to take Nico back to the vets this afternoon, but he took the decision away from us and went to sleep by our bed just after 1pm. Such an amazing dog, beautiful to look at, easy to love and easy to live with, a true gentleman with a kind soul who has influence "Blanik" beyond compare.
Some dogs are just too special for words - but I've tried Nico.
