I know it's early days, but I still opted to do a different walk with the Young Guns and keep away from the deepest ditches. Not that Kaiah throws herself in as deeply as some of the others do, but I still thought better be safe than sorry. I can imagine Kaiah's belly is warm, safe and comfortable at this time and that the risk of hypothermia to puppies from bitches throwing themselves in ditches will be a couple of weeks down the line, but, well like I said, precious cargo, so I'll stay a step ahead if I can!
