A wonderfully wet walk, we had a super time. The lake/reservoir is fully to bursting. I guess when they were pumping water into it a few weeks ago they didn't consider the forthcoming rain. The river has burst it's banks and the ground was soaking wet everywhere. It'll take a lot longer for our natural lakes to fill from rain alone, but I'm sure we'll start to see differences soon. I think I'll have to get down to Llyn Ffynhonnau soon, not been for a while, it'll be interesting to see if there's any difference there now.
