I've finally heard from idexx ... Sammi's progesterone levels are only on 2.2 which means she is some way from ovulation. (14 - 16) They suggest that I cancel my appointment for Monday and re test her on Tuesday. Results from that will then come through on Wednesday morning (to lunch time.) If that is anywhere near 14 -16 then there is a 48 hr period to take her for the mating. If it's still low then we re test again. Good thing she wasn't bothered about the blood test yeah!
Looking back through my blog for reassurance it confirms that Sammi does ovulate late in her season.
