Krizzie (Blanik Deeanna) like her mother Seffe before her had a faded saddle, this is very common in females, but is not distracting providing they are a rich tan.
Tali (Below), Krizzie's daughter was also very faded, she is 13 years old in this photo.
Beti, like her mother is also fading, but she is also a lovely colour so it won't go against her.
Sadly for Asha's (Blanik Georgette) show career she was what we consider a poor colour as well as faded, she was a lovely female, but her colour did her no favours.
But for her one litter Asha was mated to a dog with bloodlines carrying strong colours and that did come through in most of the progeny.
So Ziva, (Blanik Hippy) Asha's daughter was mated to our Nico, now he carried strong colours and a dark mask through his mother Kiara Vom Conbhaireon. Mostly we have darker saddles now - but my god it is interesting to see sisters like Jaz and Isla looking like their ancestors, and knowing where it's come from. Jaz obviously taking so much from my first 4 - 5 generation of bitches and Isla with her dark face and dark saddle taking a lot from Nico and Ziva.
My males have always had dark, full saddles, for example Mr Amazing - Louis. (Blanik Excentrik)
But Orin and Zeus have got receding saddles, something I'd never seen here before, just a little bit of homework found that it comes strongly through Fransisco's lines, Peppe della Valle del Liri, Zidan Della Valle Del Liri, Oregon degli Arvali and of course VA - Sieger Ulk Von Arlett himself. Weirdly you don't notice this on a day to day basis with my K boys but in photos in stance, and at certain times of coat changes it is very obvious.
