Long Hock?

The rear pastern is the distance from the top of the hock joint to the ground. The length of the rear pastern should be no more than one-third the height of the dog. The length of the hock encompasses (included) the rear pastern. Stability comes when the dog has a short rear pastern (hock joint to ground) combined with equal upper and lower thigh length.
