The queen of Blanik has had a bad day. Though of course she is hungry she has had the most awful diarrhea again. I do wonder what is going on within her bowl, but as I've said before at her age we are past the stage of considering intrusive tests. The vets treat the symptoms which usually come with a high temperature and we move on and enjoy another precious day in her company. If it wasn't for this then she would be tip top, her mobility is unaffected, her sight and hearing are good, there is only this issue which we do presume is a condition of old age to contend with.
After a recommendation from a friend and a vets approval I got this ready for her, she's had the first dose this afternoon and so far so good. If it continues to be successful then I will get more in for her .. and anyone else who needs it! There is already a boiled egg waiting for her for tonight and we'll get the pasta cooked for breakfast!
It's just so bloody hard when they get old, every day is precious and quality of life is paramount.
