At the show we made not far off £400 for a defibrillator for the village, a wonderful start and thanks to everyone who contributed.
Getting back to Asha, it's seriously amazing that at 11 years she still able to command the ring as she does .. she was only slightly distracted today by dropped treats from previous classes and sheep shit! She still moves with drive and conviction, of course she's aged .. but she can still show the odd youngster how to "go!"
So why the Swan Song? Well she now has 7 year old GSD's coming into veteran classes and I feel that maybe we should go out on top. I know it was only a small show but maybe it's time. Anyway, nothing is set in stone .. we'll see!
