It's Not Going To Plan

Sadly three days on and three off the metranizadol is not working for Tali. After 2 days off them now the diarrhea returns. So what should I do? What is the right course of action? I just go back to the same thing, quality of life for the immediate future, so as soon as she has the first explosion I put her back on them. I understand maybe long term it's not practical or sensible but we have to live in the now and deal with everyday as it comes.
I love this photo of  Tali today, such a shame she has this problem because otherwise for such an old lady she's doing so well.
