Cheshire Critiques

Oh my god I'm almost in tears with these. Both are lovely but how wonderful is Kaiah's critique? Really pleased that he mentioned that he considered her for Best Bitch as he did tell us on the day,but it's very hard for a puppy to beat an adult in a run off like that. Her day will come!
Blanik Jeevana - 8 month old Black/Gold female. What a lovely youngster to start my day with! Medium size, medium strength of very good overall proportions. I liked her overall type and shape, her lines were clean, flowing and unexaggerated. Beautifully feminine head and expression with firm ears used to advantage. Very good lay back of shoulder onto correct length and angle of upper arm. Decent forechest for age. Good bone, feet and pasterns. High wither, firm back. Short loin. Very good underline. Croup is well moulded but, for me, a touch short. Very good hind angulation. Sound coming and going with a steady, balanced side gait. She retained her shape well. Seriously considered for Best Bitch. Very happy to give her RBB, BPIB and delighted to see her take PG2 in a strong group, congratulations!
Lokean Of Blanik - 2.5 years Black/Gold male. Judged this one before and he has matured very well since then! Medium size, strong of correct proportions. Masculine head & expression with firm ears. A good forehand assembly overall but would prefer a slightly better angle of upper arm. High wither, firm back. For me, he is slightly steep in croup. Correct hind angulation. Absolutely sound away and back with an economical side gait. He performed very well to win his class but unfortunately the heat got the better of him in the challenge for BD so had to settled for RBD today.
