So the day before the show and Sammi starts to chuck her coat ..
So what do I do?
Washing and blasting will loosen it all up and it all could come out, but it could also fluff up the coat. Catch 22 I guess. I think I'll opt to just pulling out the tufts tonight and carefully brushing her when we get there. I'd like to say the coat has only got to last 2 days, but she's also entered at The Royal Welsh on the 21st and at Welsh Northern Counties at the end of the month. Too late for the Royal Welsh but I could add Jezi to my WNC entry! (providing Mark is there to handle her!)
So if she's starting to chuck her coat now, I can't see her making it till September before she comes in season ... Damn!
