Guess I over did it yesterday ..
As predicted by those in the know the headache and neck pain soon return and I found myself completely washed out for a time. But it was such a beautiful day and I had walked for over 2 hrs in the morning. Then after lunch a friend bearing gifts called to see me so I didn't get a snooze when the need came over me! Anyway differently from other occasions when I have felt this way I did seem to recover a tad quicker.
No worries Dr. Loki was again on duty!
