Huggy, Tali's brother from the "F" litter has been giving his owners, family and indeed his breeder cause for concern recently. Huggy started with nose bleeds around Xmas time and a trip to the vets gave an upsetting prognosis. The vet diagnosed that it was likely to be a tumor in his nose, and if it was he said it would be inoperable and the only way to confirm this would be an x-ray. The second option but less likely was an infection so he was started on a 10 day course of antibiotics & steroids in the desperate hope that this might be the case.
At the beginning of the week Susie noticed a swelling on the left side of Huggy's muzzle, she took him straight back to the vets. They were very concerned at the quick changes and thought the swelling was in the bone, Huggy was booked in for an x.ray today .....
Well what a relief, there is no sign of a tumor or an infection in Huggy's nose. Though he is not completely out of the woods as he's still getting nose bleeds at least their is light at the end of the tunnel. I'm over the moon for Huggy and all his family ... Thinking about you and thank you so much for keeping me in the picture xxx
