This walk on the outskirts of Carmel has become one of my favourites. It's so pretty and so quiet there. I think I've seen one person, ever. I have to be careful with the sheep; there have been times when they've come over the walls onto the path. I generally go up one way with the first lot on the lead, then let them off to come back down. If I'm doing the circuit to the right, then they have to stay on the lead, as there is often a stray sheep on that track. It's quite similar on the circuit to the left, but once you've gone through the fields, they can be off the lead again for a short while. It's not a long walk, but we mooch and have fun.
