Super day at Crufts, a huge thank you to all the special people who helped and shared the day with us. I only took the girls. Pinchmill Adira Of Blanik flying the flag on behalf of her sire Blanik Kyriacos (Orin) and mum Toilers Ashla stood alone in MPB but went on to win BPB. We were over the moon. A huge thank you to our breed specialist judge Sharon Bowen (Lararth) for thinking so highly of Beti. Well done to Orin's daughters, litter sisters Ro Brett's Chica Gupa (Lyra) and Benita Usherwood's Return Shamrock (Mayzee) out of Carlsbro Quesada who were 3rd and 4th in JB.
Blanik Liszka, Siska was dragged off her chair and sent to compete in Limit, shall we say it was not her most enthusiastic performance in the ring but she did manage a VHC, but chilling on her chair I think she must have been the most photographed dog on the day. Most people take crates for their dogs, we just take her chair!
From outside the ring, it was extremely obvious that our judge spent equal time on every single dog and their owner/handler and was patient and kind to her exhibits.
Huge congratulation to all my lovely friends in GSD's, and in other breeds who competed and who continue to fly the flag for healthy fit for function pedigree dogs!
Spot the Siska!
