I hadn't done this walk in ages and was so glad to see everything was as it should be. The boat is still in the quarry, the tunnel still vacant and the collapsed tree at the back of the derelict cottage somehow is still in full bloom. The views on the walk are breathtaking. Though the pull up at the end can be tough I made it, three times!
